Following the success of 2008's 'Arty Party' the charity fundraiser has now become an annual event.

2009's Arty Party was organised by Jessie Mason and her family and took place on Sunday 6th September at LLys Meddyg, Newport, Pembs! Having sold out of tickets, the turn out of at the event was very impressive.

This years event consisted of a contemporary art exhibition of the work of both local established artists and recent graduates, an auction of the featured work (with auctioneer Adrian Jones), Jewellery Stands, Live music from local Jazz Trio 'Cazuela Acustica', a Raffle as well as face painting for both the adults and children and afternoon tea and bubbly!!

This year's Artists included: Ashlea Haynes, Sadie Barrett, Dominic Foster, Jessie Mason, Katherine Morgan, David Mathison, Lori O'Neil, Andrew Desborough, Sue Russell, Sally Williams, Helen Barrack, Catrin Saywell and Many more...

The event was a great success raising over £3000 for the Thorne Mason Trust
